I'll be your Spiderman.
When Lauren and Holden reached out to not only book me for their wedding, but to photograph their engagement session, my first question (after saying yes of course!) was well, what do you like? "Comics, preferably Spiderman" was Holden's immediate response. "Can we do one where I hang upside down from that tree over there"? After about a half hour of shooting in Schiller Park in Columbus, we found the perfect one. Even in my early 20s I could tell you I couldn't personally do what we did. The things we do for love though. Also, we all remember the scene, right??
Off to the bookstore!
After making the most of the park, Lauren had the fun idea of walking down to the Columbus Book Loft to shoot a mini session in there! Of course I was on board, and after Holden got his movie scene, who was he to argue? So off we went. I of course couldn't help myself and photographed them along the way there too. Once we got there it was packed, but we found our little corners. It was almost as if everyone in the world just melted away and it was just the two of them.
